第２次世界大戦で輸送機として活躍したダグラスDC−３でポルトガルの 航空会社TAPが所有する機体の修復プロジェクトが行われていて、先日はそれに関するトークがシントラにある飛行機博物館で行われた
内装も外装も修復が終わり、実際に飛ぶ事ができるこの飛行機
外装は飛行機の所有者と修復プロジェクトを進める会社と意見が分かれたために、塗装が半分ずつになっている

今回の題材はダコタ機の模型を作った人たちを紹介し、
その模型について、このプロジェクトに関してのお話
飛行機が大好きな人たちが集まる会ですね
ポルトガル語が分からない私にはチンプンカンプンな内容だったが、
この博物館は世界の中でも貴重な飛行機をおさめている所らしい
私自身は博物館自体がとても気に入った
